Rafael Bello is the son of Fransisco and Carmen Bello in Bellaire, Texas, and is the oldest of three siblings: Maria del Carmen, and Ana. This is Bello's first year competing on the Cross Country Team. Bello plans to major in Jouralism at Syracuse.
